How to Purchase
1. Order your Scrip Cards online Call Scrip Program Coordinator Erica Dionne at 207-713-4975 for the enrollment code. You will be called when your order is filled.
2. Print and complete the order form below. Submit the completed form with payment (cash, check, or credit card info) to the Lewiston or Auburn Campus main office. Credit card information can be taken over the phone by calling Jennifer Cyr at the Auburn Campus at 207-782-6911.
3. Purchase in-stock cards at either campus. Erica Dionne will be present in the Lewiston Campus parking lot on Thursday mornings from 7:30 to 8:00 am for the immediate purchase of cards in stock. Cards can be purchased at the Auburn Campus main office at all other times.
NOTE: Arrangements can be made to pick up your order at either the Lewiston or Auburn Campus.
