Transcript Requests
To request a copy of your official transcripts, complete the online form and follow the guidelines outlined below.

Official transcripts are now ordered online.
Transcript requests must come from students or alumni. Requests from a third party will be processed only with written permission from the student or alumna/us.
For the purposes of document integrity, students and alumni may request an unofficial transcript for their records from Student Services.
Official transcripts are ONLY released by Student Services directly to colleges/universities, scholarship organizations, employers, or insurance companies following a written request from a student or alumna/us.
Transcripts will be withheld if any obligations to St. Dom's have not been satisfied.
