We believe that learning happens both in and out of the classroom. We encourage all of our students to be involved in extracurricular activities. In fact, more than 90 percent of St. Dom's students participate in the school's wide range of after-school programs. You will form a lifetime of memories with friends, teachers, and moderators whether you are furthering a personal interest or just participating for fun.
These activities include clubs, plays, and talent shows, field days, spirit week, homecoming celebration, Campus Ministry retreats, field trips and so much more. Social events include school dances, the winter semi-formal dance and the Junior/Senior Prom. A highlight of the St. Dom's experience is the Senior Mission to Mississippi program that does mission work in Mound Bayou, Mississippi during April break. This program has been a popular and rewarding experience for St. Dom's students for the past decade.
Our school community is blessed and enriched by the presence of several international students from Europe and Asia. These students live with host families, typically with current St. Dom's students, and share their native culture and experiences with us while being immersed in the American educational system.
