This course is designed to provide students with health information enabling them to develop skills, health practices, and attitudes for daily living that prepare them for their future roles as healthy and productive adults. This required course covers goals, objectives, and suggested activities designed specifically for the ten content areas of health: community health, environmental health, family life, growth and development, personal health, nutritional health, disease and disorders, safety and accident, and substance use and abuse.
