Making Payments and Managing your Financial Information

Saint Dominic Academy uses the secure FACTS system to provide families with convenient online payment services.  Log in is required to access the following features:

  • Prepay food services and before and after care accounts.
  • View tuition balance and make a payment
  • Establish a tuition payment plan

Current Family Enrollment and Re-Enrollment

To Apply for a New Student:

  • Step 1:  Log into your Parent FACTS account to begin the process.  
  • Step 2:  At the bottom of the page, select "Create a New Student Application". 
  • Step 3:  Complete the new student information.
  • Step 4:  Submit

To Re-enroll a Current Student:

  • Step 1:  Log into your Parent FACTS account to begin the process. 
  • Step 2:  Select "Apply/Enroll"
  • Step 3:  Select "Enrollment/Re-enrollment"
  • Step 4:  Select "Open Enrollment"
  • Step 5:  Complete the 2022-2023 Packet
  • Step 6:  Submit

Applying for Financial Aid

Current Families:

  • Step 1:  Log into your FACTS account.
  • Step 2:  Select Financial in the gray box on the left.
  • Step 3:  Select Apply for Grant and Aid to the right of the screen.

New Families:

If you are a new family, you will need to create a FACTS account before you can apply for a grant or financial aid.

All supporting financial documentation should be received by FACTS as soon as possible.  FACTS will verify the supporting documents, and the Financial Aid Committee will evaluate all applicant files.

The Financial Aid Committee will send out financial aid decisions in March for new and current families.   If you decide not to enroll for the 2022-2023 school year, families will be billed $30.00.  Families applying for financial aid after March 1st are likely to receive limited financial aid.
